Abstract
Residents of Scarborough's Jasper Street are opposed to a proposal which would create a right of way across town property at the end of Jasper Street so the McCann family can gain access to 34 acres they own. Opponents of the plan say providing access to the McCann property would increase the potential for developing the parcel. The Scarborough Town Council will consider the easement next week.
