Abstract

Great Northern Paper Co. has announced that it will stop charging access fees for Maine residents who use its land on a day basis if it wins long-term relicensing for the company's dams on the West Branch of the Penobscot River. The company, which now charges $4 per vehicle for day use of its road system, would continue charging out-of-staters and campers.
