Abstract

Roger Deshaies, 44, a former director of the Bureau of Mental Retardation, will be the acting commissioner of Mental Health and Mental Retardation while the McKernan administration searches for a replacement for Robert Glover. Glover, who has been commissioner for four years, is leaving to become the executive director of the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors in Alexandria, Va.
