Kennebunkport selectmen say that a proposal by police chief Robert Sullivan to expand an existing parking lot to provide more parking for tourists wanting to see George Bush's house might be too expensive for the town. Furthermore, the land being considered for the parking lot expansion was a gift to the town, and its use as a lot may violate the terms of the gift. Details.
