The $300,000 that ALC Development Corp. paid for 55 acres of Camp Ketcha in Scarborough earlier this year was apparently loaned to the developer by James and Maureen Gorman of Cape Elizabeth. James Gorman Sr. is brother to Leon Gorman, president of L.L. Bean of Freeport. Details, related article.
