Abstract

Nicole Dembrow, 35, of Portland, has been sentenced to one year in jail with all but seven days suspended after pleading guilty to endangering her two children. Dembrow's 1-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter were found locked in a room in July 1992, and have since been given to the care of the state.
