Abstract

Great Northern Paper Inc. has cancelled plans for a dedication ceremony for the company's new recycling mill in East Millinocket in part because of a recent announcement that 200 workers will lose their jobs as older operations are shut down. The $60 million de-inking and recycling plant is among the most modern in the world, and the first in New England. Details.
