Abstract

Portland police have charged a 9-year-old Bath boy with having set a fire next to Kemco Co. on Forest Avenue on August 27. He is believed to have set three other fires in Portland and three in Bath. He was arrested in order to get him into a firesetter intervention program before he graduates to setting more serious fires.
