Later this month, the Casco Planning Board will consider giving final approval for a major expansion of the Point Sebago Outdoor Resort, that will be Maine's first condominum campground. The 500-acre expansion, called Club Sebago, will feature an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, interspersed with 520 campsites for recreational vehicles or small mobile homes.
