Abstract

The Cumberland County Budget Advisory Committee yesterday submitted suggestions to the county commissioners urging them to reduce the county tax rate and avoid a budget increase in 1994. Traditionally, the advisory committee submits suggestions only after the commissioners propose a budget, usually at the end of September.
