Abstract

The second annual Native American Appreciation Day will be held today and tomorrow at the Cumberland Fairgrounds. A group known as Indigenous Resistance Against Tribal Extinction (IRATE) is unhappy with the plans. IRATE urges people to avoid events where non-Indians exploit Native American customs and rituals.
