Abstract

Superior Court justice Peter J. Goranites has cleared the way for Boston rock promoter Don Law Company Inc. to stage rock music concerts at Scarborough Down. The Scarborough Zoning Board of Appeals had earlier ruled that concerts could not be held at the raceway because it is not fully enclosed, which was contested by raceway owner Joseph Ricci. Details.
