Abstract

Ramona Dow, chairwoman of the Seacoast Shipyard Association, says she doesn't believe that federal officials are seriously considering the Portsmouth Naval shipyard in Kittery as a high-level nuclear waste storage site. The Kittery yard has been named as a potential storage site by the federal Department of Energy.
