Abstract

Three families owning mobile homes in Brunswick's Bay Bridge Estates have filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against mobile home manufacturer Holly Park Homes of Shipshewana, Ind., and the Katahdin Corp. of Portland, a mobile home dealer and manager of both the Brunswick mobile home park and another one in Westbrook. The state Manufactured Housing Board earlier this month suspended for one year Holly Park's and Katahdin's licenses to sell mobile homes in Maine due to dangerous design defects in the homes.
