Abstract

The Maine Department of Human Services has rested its case against Jan and Bruce Willson, the Mechanic Falls couple accused of breaking confidentiality rules by talking to the media about the 1991 death of 2-month-old Chase Crowley. The 15 months of internal hearings on the matter resulted in DHS dropping the $50 fine it had imposed on the Willsons. Details.
