Abstract
The South Portland City Council voted to accept a donation of $10,000 and approximately 14 acres of land around Clark's Pond from developer Joseph F. Boulos. The land and money are to be used to develop walking trails and a park, and are in return for the city rezoning an area owned by Boulos on the eastern side of the pond. Details.
