Abstract

A Maine Public Utilities Commission analysis of 19 private power contracts between Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) and alternative-fuel plants shows that CMP did a poor job of managing contracts with two of the plants. The analysis shows that company investors will be penalized about $4 million a year.
