Abstract
The town of Cumberland's Conservation Commission has issued its inventory of coastal resources, in which it identifies a private beach and another stretch of shoreline as significant recreational assets for the town. At issue is a Colonial-era 50-foot-wide right of way under which the town could conceivably assert public claim to the properties. Details.
