Abstract

Bill Gray, a math teacher at Lyman Moore Middle School in Portland, has arranged to take eight students from the school to the Tokyo borough of Shinagawa next summer so they can study at Jounan Junior High School for five days. Gray taught at Jounan for five weeks last year as part of Portland's Sister City program with Shinagawa. Details.
