Abstract

Harris Gleckman, an environmental policymaker with the United Nations currently on sabbatical for one year, is in charge of establishing the Wolfe's Neck Program on Environment and Society. The program, to be headquartered at the University of Southern Maine's 22-room Stone House on Wolfe's Neck in Freeport, will work to stimulate environmental research and discussion on the the Gulf of Maine.
