A York County Superior Court jury on Friday acquitted former York County Jail administrator Raymond Moreau, 44, of a charge that he sexually molested a jail inmate in 1991. Moreau had been accused of having unlawful sexual contact with John B. Hayward, 28, of Springvale, while Hayward was an inmate at the jail. Details, related article.
