Abstract

ImmuCell Corp. of Portland has signed an agreement with Redwood MicroCap Fund Inc. of Colorado Springs under which Redwood will puchase 150,000 shares of ImmuCell stock at $1.75 a share. The agreement also gives Redwood warrants to buy an additional 300,000 shares of ImmuCell at above-market prices. Details.
