Abstract

Rep. Ralph I. Coffman, D-Old Town, has proposed requiring drug testing for all legislators at the convening and adjourning of each legislative session. Coffman was the object of controversy during the last legislative session when a newspaper reporter said he detected the smell of marijuana coming from Coffman's motel room. Details.
