Abstract

U.S. Attorney Jay McCloskey on Friday said that new federal sentencing guidelines that take effect on Monday could result in prison term reductions for 15 individuals convicted in Maine of crimes involving LSD. The new rules apply to all illegal drugs but will have the biggest impact on LSD cases because of the manner in which it is packaged. Details.
