Abstract

Port Resources, the non-profit agency which runs 17 homes for mentally retarded adults, has been told by state Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation officials that it must relinquish control of the homes where violations have been reported. The agency had previously been ordered to end a food storage program and fix safety problems that were found in some of the homes. Details.
