Abstract

Brief article reporting that the National Transportation Safety Board has ruled that pilot error was to blame for the February 1993 accident in which a Continental 737 overshot the runway at the Portland International Jetport. None of the 94 passengers on the plane was injured when Flight 5696 skidded off the end of the runway on February 13, 1993.
