Deborah Libby, Freeport's rescue chief, has been placed on administrative leave with pay, and has until Monday to answer charges against her or be fired. Town Manager Dale Olmstead accused Libby of abusive treatment of some rescue department workers, mishandling town funds and violating department rules. Details.
