Abstract
Robert Bradford of Dixfield asked the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission to rezone a 112-acre parcel in Andover North Surplus. The rezoning would pave the way for a 41-lot development, but the LURC staff opposed the rezoning. The parcel abuts the Appalachian Trail corridor and is around 3,500 feet from the AT. LURC asked the staff to work with Bradford in designing a small project. Details.
