Abstract
Brunswick Technologies Inc. has raised $14 million through a public stock offering. BTI, a developer of engineered reinforcement fabrics, will use the money to pay off debts and make new investments. BTI has partnerships with Hardcore Dupont Composites, Dow Chemical and Norsk Hydro, and last year acquired Advanced Textiles of Texas.
