Steve Moskey, excutive director of The AIDS Project, last week resigned his position. Moskey, hired last July to bring professionalism to the agency, departed while efforts to form a labor union were gaining momentum. The AID Project has 19 full-time employees and a personnel budget of $527,000. The agency serves 250 clients from offices in Portland, Auburn and Kennebunk. Details.
