Abstract

The comic book Lobsterman, produced by a groups of individuals from Belfast, recently published a segment on the controversy in Montville involving the use of helicopters for drug surveillance flights. Montville voters recently passed an ordinance raising the the state's 500-foot-limit on helicopter flights to 5,000 feet.
