"Maine Interview" piece with Ed Baum, a state employee who broke ranks with the King administration and spoke out in favor of adding Maine's Atlantic salmon to the Endangered Species list. Baum retired recently after 30 years as a salmon biologist for the Atlantic Salmon Commission and its predecessors.
