Abstract
"News" piece on the reappointment of Irving Faunce of Kennebunkport to the Board of Environmental Protection. Gov. Angus King's office knew of no one who planned to speak against Faunce at his confirmation hearing Oct. 22, but Gov. King has identified Carroll Lee, the chief executive officer of Bangor Hydro-Electric Co., as having spoken to him in opposition to Faunce's appointment.
