Abstract
The Northeast Fisheries Science Center in Woods Hole, Mass., reports that the Atlantic herring population is currently so large that it might be time to call the recovery of the fish complete. Fishermen are unable to find the herring, possibly because of colder water temperatures that are driving the fish further south. Details.
