Abstract
"News" piece on complaints of substandard care at Martin's Point Health Care in Portland. An investigative arm of the Department of Defense has deepened its inquiry into the matter. The Inspector General's Office is now soliciting comments directly from the 15 families who have forwarded complaints through the office of U.S. represenative Tom Allen, D-Maine.
