Abstract

Former Maine State Police Trooper Gary Beaulieu of Windham has filed suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against The Forecaster, a Falmouth newspaper, and columnist Kevin O'Kendley, alleging that both made false statements about him. Beaulieu left the Maine State Police last August following an investigation into allegations that he had harassed several female motorists, charges that O'Kendley detailed in three of his columns.
