Abstract
Randy Campbell of Houlton, a former leaseholder with Irving Oil's Big Stop restaurant operation, has filed an antitrust suit against Irving in U.S. District Court in Bangor. Campbell claims Irving pressured him to stock his restaurant with Irving-approved products that decreased his profits because they were more expensive than other brands. There are currently more than 50 Big Stop convenience stores in Maine and eastern Canada. Details.
