    Description

    Views of Saint Joseph the Provider community thrift shop, 19 Exchange Street (southeast corner of Exchange Street and Milk Street). The store opened in 1969, and closed in 1985.
    Previously, 19 Exchange Street was the site of the Portland Stamp-Issuing Office (food stamps).
