Description
Interior views of Saint Francis Chapel, 30 Milk Street, lower (basement) level. Created by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland as a place of prayer and reflection in the Old Port, the Chapel at Milk and Exchange Street replaced the former Saint Francis de Sales Chapel that had been at 13 Brown Street, from 1961-1968.
Above the Saint Francis Chapel was the Saint Joseph the Provider thrift shop.
