Description

Deering Ice Cream waitress Sally Clarke, second-place finisher during the Silver Scoop Contest, with a hot fudge sundae she made. Maine-based Deering Ice Cream, owned by the Stickney family, had as many as twenty diners, including one at 499 Congress Street- in the Maine Savings Bank Plaza.
