Description
Exterior views of Seng Thai Food 2, 921 Congress Street. The Thai and Vietnamese restaurant and takeout business operated at additional location at 157 Noyes Street (inside the Vientiane Thai Food and Asian Market Place), beginning in 1988. The Congress Street Seng Thai location opened in 1996.
