Abstract

William Jelin, who owns a home on Maiden Cove in Cape Elizabeth, wants to install a high-tech retractable 76-foot boat ramp that would be anchored in the cove, has caused concern among his neighbors, who fear that the ramp will spoil their view and use of the cove. The matter will be considered by the Planning Board on Tuesday. Details.
