Abstract
Portland musician Manny Verzosa died on November 13, 1993, just outside Rock Springs, Wyoming, as Verzosa and the group The Silos were traveling across the country to play a concert at Granny Killam's Industrial Drinkhouse in Portland. Verzosa had been a member of various Portland rock bands, including The Tourquoise Brothers, Holy Bones, Pulltoy and the Walkers, and had arrangements with Atlantic Records, Capitol Records and Epic Records at various times during his career.
