Abstract

"City" piece on a complaint by Karen D'Andrea, a WMPG talk show host, who claimed she was terminated by Wolfe's Neck Farm in Freeport for speaking out about unsafe and illegal management practices. The Maine Human Rights Commission (MHRC) upheld the complaint on June 17. D'Andrea said the next step would be for the MHRC to attempt to mediate a settlement. If they do not, the MHRC will prove a letter that will allow D'Andrea to take her case to civil court. With details of D'Andrea's complaint.
