Abstract

Maine Vocals, the group leading the petition drive to legalize marijuana, has leased a ground floor office at 150 High Street. The office will provide a base for the petition drive, plus sell shirts, backpacks and other items made out of hemp. The group needs to collect 52,308 signatures to get a referendum on the 1995 ballot.
