Abstract

"City" piece on action taken by South Portland officials to curb bicyclists on the Casco Bay Bridge. City Manager Jeffrey Jordan said it is illegal for bicyclists to ride on the bridge's walkway. With special focus on an incident involving Alexander Wallace of Portland, who was hospitalized after colliding with a woman peddling a bike towing an occupied baby trailer on the bridge sidewalk in early July.
