Abstract

The Portland City Council on March 8 voted to give the Parkside Neighborhood Association $3,216 to help pay for a newspaper. The newsletter's former editor, Alexander Wallace, had some of his articles edited by layout person Barbara Eberhardt, prompting Wallace to resign his position and creating some discussion about the role of tenants vs. homeowners within the neighborhood.
