"Dining Down East" piece on XYZ, an authentic Mexican restaurant in Southwest Harbor, run by chef-owners Janet Strong and her husband, Bob Hoyt, who serve the food they grew to love on their winter trips to Mexico. Strong is the former publisher of the Bar Harbor Times and Hoyt is a former carpenter.
