Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece on Daniel Innes, dean of the University of Maine's College of Business, Public Policy and Health. The college's new Global Focus series of talks, including a seminar on doing business in Iraq, has drawn negative criticism, mostly from those opposed to the war in Iraq. The majority of companies invited to attend are large ones. Innes organized the event with Dennis Sokol of Bar Harbor, who is a founder of the U.S.-Iraq Business Alliance.
