    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Midcoast & Downeast" piece on Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, which recently announced plans for the first phase of a proposed $22.5 million expansion. Mike Labbe, communications director for the hospital, said the expansion is necessary because the hospital has operated at or above capacity since it opened in 2001. He said the hospital also anticipates that Brunswick's growing retirement population will need more services.
